Q: How do I allow Teachers to create their own Class Schedules in my domain?
A: As a Domain Administrator you can allow Teachers to create their own Class Schedules through the Settings area of the Manage Domain menu.
This setting is unchecked by default, because many schools prefer to have uniform domain or organization-wide Class Schedules for grade reporting purposes. For more information on this option, please see our article on how to create a class schedule for your domain.
However, if you don't need to use the same schedules across a domain, you can update this setting to allow teachers to define their own.
Go to the Domain Control area, then select Settings from the Manage Domain menu (under the gear icon).
From there, go to the Classes tab, and you'll see an option to Allow teachers to Define Class Schedules, under the Class Customization Options area.
