How can we help?

[a][t][s][p]How can I get help in PowerSchool Learning?

Follow

We’ve made it easier to get the support you need in PowerSchool Learning!

First, you’ll want to know what kind of account you have. There are two types of PowerSchool Learning Accounts: Solo Accounts and School Edition Domain Accounts. Take a look at the URL of your PowerSchool Learning login page: Does it start with mylearning.powerschool.com? If yes, you have a Solo Account! If not, you have a School Edition Domain Account.

Now, you can access all of your help resources right from the Help Menu, without ever leaving your PowerSchool Learning account! After logging in, just click the Help menu in the top righthand corner to get help.

Since we’ve made some recent changes, we’ve outlined the newly updated help resources that we have available to our different types of PowerSchool Learning accounts. Just determine your account type from the list below to find out how you can get PowerSchool Learning help when you need it!

Solo Accounts

Solo Accounts are set up by individual teachers using PowerSchool Learning to manage their classes and the associated Student and Parent accounts.

School Edition Accounts

School Edition Accounts are set up by school administrators for the Students, Teachers, and Parents in their school or district.
