Q. Why can't I view my Analytics dashboard?
A. Usually, if you are unable to view your Analytics dashboard, that means you've recently been given permission to view the Dashboard but those new permissions haven't been processed yet. It could also mean that you're looking at a new class that hasn't been processed.
Every night, PowerSchool Learning sends an update to GoodData, the third-party platform that powers our Analytics dashboards. As a result, changes may not take effect until the following day.
For example, if you add a new Domain Administrator to your domain they will be unable to view Domain Analytics until that change is processed overnight (though they should be able to view Analytics while Masquerading in most cases). Similarly, if you add a co-teacher to a class, that co-teacher will not be able to view Class Analytics until the next day.
