Q. How do I set the maximum video resolution for my domain?
A. Domain Administrators can adjust the maximum video resolution that will be set for all uploaded videos through the Classes area of Domain Settings menu.
Setting your Maximum Resolution:
To adjust the maximum video resolution that will be used when encoding uploaded videos for your domain, go to the Settings area of the Manage Domain menu, under the Gear icon.
From there, go to the Classes menu to find additional settings.
Scroll down to the Class Customization Options area of the menu, then select the maximum video resolution from the dropdown menu provided, ranging from 320p to 1080p.
Hit Save to keep your changes.
Please note: This setting will not affect the size or resolution of video that can be uploaded to classes. Videos at a higher resolution than your maximum setting will simply be encoded and displayed at the lower resolution.
