How can we help?

[a][t][s][p]What do students and parents see in the PowerSchool Gradebook?

Follow

Q. What do students and parents see in the PowerSchool Gradebook?

A. Grades recorded in the PowerSchool Gradebook aren't displayed to students or parents in PowerSchool Learning.

PowerSchool Learning's premium PowerSchool Integration lets teachers enter raw scores in PowerSchool Learning and send them directly to their PowerTeacher Gradebook in the PowerSchool SIS, where teachers can edit entries and add comments as needed.

However, it is not possible for the integration to run in reverse: edited data can't be sent from the PowerSchool SIS to PowerSchool Learning. As a result, students and parents need to log into the PowerSchool SIS in order to see grades entered via the PowerSchool Gradebook in PowerSchool Learning.

Please Note: At this time, students and parents also cannot view feedback and scores on Rubrics for classes using the PowerSchool Gradebook.
