Q. How do I change a user's password in the Domain Control?
A. Domain administrators can change a users' password by navigating to their account under the Account tab.
If you navigate to the user's details but do not see an edit button on the details page, then you need to turn on the ability in the Manage Domain: Settings menu (upper right hand corner of the Domain Control.)
- Click on General tab
- Check the box next to Allow Administrators to edit all imported data via the web.
- Click on Save
If you browse back to the Account detail page you should now see an edit button available.
