Q: As a Domain Administrator, how do I get started with the Reports Tab?
A: The Reports Tab in Domain Control is where Domain Administrators can generate and export Attendance, Grade, Roster, and Login Reports. These Domain-level reports pull data from multiple classes in your PowerSchool Learning domain.
If your teachers are using PowerSchool Learning’s Attendance feature, you can export Attendance data in CSV format by going to the Reports tab and selecting Attendance. For more information, please see our article on how to export attendance for an entire school.
Please note: If your school is currently linking imported roster sections into manually created classes, attendance data from those classes will not populate in the attendance export. If this applies to your school, please reach out to your School Advisor for additional suggestions that may work well for your school.
The Traditional Grade Report allows you customize reports and export grades for your entire school or organization.
Standards-Based Grades Report
If your domain uses Standards-Based Grading, you can export overall grades for classes using SBG in the same way that Traditional Grade Reports are generated and exported to CSV. For more information, please see our Knowledgebase article on how to export Standards-Based Grades for your domain.
If you are looking for a quick and easy way to generate a report of Rosters in your domain, you can select this option under the Reports tab. As with other Reports, you will have an option to filter this report by:
