Q: I want my students to upload an image from their computer into a Discussion.  How do I allowl students to  add an image to a discussion?  

A: Uploading images from your computer is quick and easy, if you've enabled the correct settings.  

For you and your students to be able to add images from your computer you must first enable "Allow attachments on Discussion Posts."

1. Go to the Class Settings area of the Manage Class menu.

2. Select the Discussions & Inbox tab and check the box that says "Allow file uploads on Discussion Posts." Save your changes and now you will be able to add both files and images to your Discussions.
