How can we help?

[t]What are my options for randomizing assessment questions so students each have a unique test?

Q: What are my options for randomizing assessment questions so students each have a unique test?

A: Currently, PowerSchool Learning lets you randomly order questions in an assessment for each student, and randomize answer options in multiple choice questions, but each assessment must still use the same set of questions.  Randomizing questions and answers should help provide teachers with security when it comes to academic integrity.

At this time we are unable to pull a random subset of questions from a larger pool. Please feel free to vote for this suggestion on our feedback forum

To randomize test questions

1. Go to Manage Assessment > Exam Settings

2. Maximize the Optional Settings. Here you can can select Randomize Questions & Randomize Answers in Multiple Choice Questions.
