Q: When trying to download a file, I get a .gif file that says "Cannot Download! We're sorry but you cannot download this file."
A: There are a few reasons this could happen
- You might have been automatically signed out of PowerSchool Learning when your session timed out. Try refreshing the page, if you get a login screen, log back in and try to access the file again.
- You might have followed a link sent by someone else which points at a file you don't have permission to access.
- You might be using a download manager or accelerator (such as FDM). Try disabling any download managers you've installed then download the file again.
